About Us
Solutions Consulting, Inc. is a training and experience design firm founded in 2004 by Steve Dragoo. We focus on creating and staging dynamic and memorable experiences to meet your business challenges.
Steve has worked with a number of major retail organizations and consumer product companies during his three decade career. He spent more than twenty years with Sara Lee Corporation and ConAgra Foods. During much of this time, he was responsible for leading the training and development functions within these organizations. In these roles, he developed food related and customer oriented training materials and facilitated training sessions throughout the U.S. and a number of countries around the world for more than 35,000 participants.
At Solutions Consulting, he has created a portfolio of effective customer-focused training programs for executives, management, and front-line service employees. Several leading retail organizations and many of their manufacturing partners have benefited from our consulting and training offerings.
