Season’s Greetings! A Happy New Year to you all! If you read my last “Neighborhood Nibbles” post, you’ll know that recently, three good friends of mine (who also happen to be chefs) visited me in Nashville. They came into town for some NFL football, delicious food, and Southern hospitality. Foodie Friday–Animal Style: How In-N-Out Burger Redefines Fast Food

As someone who spends a considerable amount of time in Southern California on business trips, I’ve developed a near-native appreciation of the Left Coast’s favorite on-the-go hamburger joint: In-N-Out Burger.
